NSSC offers a variety of support groups. Please look below to see our offerings. If you are looking for a support group we don’t currently offer, please let us know and we will do our best to form a group on your topic of interest. For additional information about our existing support groups, outreach efforts and caregiver services, please call 847.784.6040 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parkinson’s Disease Support Groups
The Parkinson’s Support Group provide information and encouragement in dealing with common concerns and issues for people living with PD. Family caregivers are also welcome to attend.
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month 2 – 3 p.m.

Meets virtually the 2nd Wednesday of the month 3 – 4:30 p.m.
Caregiver Support Group for Spouses & Partners
Meets virtually the 4th Wednesday of the month 3 – 4:30 p.m.

Dementia Family Support Group
Meets virtually the 3rd Thursday of the month 2:30 – 4 p.m.

Meets in-person the 2nd Tuesday of the month 6 – 7:30 p.m.
