By visiting North Shore Senior Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. In compliance with CDC guidelines, all visitors—those fully vaccinated and not vaccinated—are required to wear face coverings inside NSSC buildings. Per the Cook County Department of Public Health, unvaccinated people traveling from the states and territories listed are advised to obtain a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Suburban Cook County or quarantine for a 10-day period upon arrival. Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to quarantine or receive a negative test.
