Escorted Transportation Services

The Escorted Transportation Service (ETS) has relaunched! Currently, ETS is available to all residents of Northfield Township only. We currently do not have dates for expanding to nearby townships, but please check back on this page for updates.

This volunteer-based program provides independent older adults age 60+ and individuals with disabilities age 18–59 with occasional rides to and from medical and dental appointments Monday through Friday for appointments scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Please note that ETS drivers cannot accommodate wheelchairs. ETS is not an urgent or emergency service and is intended for the occasional appointment; multiple requests per week by an individual cannot be accommodated. At least 7 to 10 days advance notice is required.
