Testimonials

“I have a growing enthusiasm for Mind Matters and how it brings into definition what I am going through. [The group] demonstrates that things are not always so terrible. Things are what you make of it. It comes down to what you invest in and reinvest in. We aren’t on this earth forever – we have to make the best of our time here.” – Mind Matters participant

“I feel like I’m not part of the world anymore, but when I come here, I am part of something.” – Mind Matters participant
