Mindfulness for Caregivers
Current research shows that chronic stress, like the daily challenges of caregiving, impacts our overall health and well-being.
Learn and experience mindfulness practices to reduce caregiver stress, such as gentle seated yoga, self-massage, and meditation from a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist and Yoga Teacher certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
