We understand that caregivers play an integral role in the care journey. We offer a comprehensive caregiver support program designed to provide holistic assistance to those who are caring for a loved one experiencing memory loss. We understand that caregivers need care too, and our program is tailored to address each family’s unique needs. To learn more about our Caregiver Support Program, click here.

House of Welcome Adult Day Services

Our House of Welcome (HOW) Adult Day Services offers a Day Program with structured, therapeutic small-group activities in a comfortable, home-like setting. Participants enjoy meaningful activities and friendships, while caregivers benefit from time on their own. HOW also provides supportive case management services and dementia resources for people living with memory loss.
