Memory Care

If you or your loved one is living with memory loss, NSSC can help. Please check out our plentiful resources including a Day Program, Memory Café, virtual activities, a family support group, and other resources for caregivers. You are not alone. We are here for you. Call us: 847.242.6250.

House of Welcome Adult Day Services

Our House of Welcome (HOW) Adult Day Services offers a Day Program with structured, therapeutic small-group activities in a comfortable, home-like setting. Participants enjoy meaningful activities and friendships, while caregivers benefit from time on their own. HOW also provides supportive case management services, dementia resources, and virtual activities for people living with memory loss.
