Counseling for Caregivers
Our trained specialists are available to assist caregivers with the unique challenges that family caregiving creates, including feelings of depression, guilt and isolation.
Counseling is offered in a safe space to discuss the array of emotions and stressors of caregiving, and help clients maintain their mental health and well-being during stressful life events. We can also help connect caregivers with community resources, groups and other forms of long-term support.
This is a short-term resource and is offered at no cost. A T-Care Assessment is required.
