Caregiver Resources

If you have a loved one who is struggling with issues related to memory loss, we hope you will turn to House of Welcome Adult Day Services as a resource.

Caregiver Assessment

Please complete this assessment form and a Caregiver Specialist will follow up with you shortly. You may also leave a voicemail at 847.242.6250, and someone will return your call as soon as possible. 

 

Caregiver Workshops

NSSC offers several workshops throughout the year to help caregivers alleviate stress, share experiences and solutions to issues, and find balance.

 

Dementia Family Support Group

This group provides a positive environment for family caregivers of people living with dementia to share their feelings, problem solve, build on strengths and share resources. 

 

Meets virtually the third Thursday of the month
2:30 - 4 p.m.
