Participants will:
- Understand key features of mild cognitive impairment, early stage Alzheimer’s, and other early brain changes
- Learn ways to support individuals living with early brain changes, including individuals impacted by anosognosia (being unaware of their impairment)
- Discuss non-pharmacological treatments and community resources available to people with early stage brain changes
